Data collection companies and database owners have a problem. They have many, in fact. The biggest being they’re being held accountable for things that are out of their control. We need to give our research participants and database owners a voice, and we need to be proactive in addressing the ongoing and systemic problems that are brought to us. This needs to be a collaborative and synergistic effort across the industry. We risk becoming irrelevant without change. We would like to get as many industry people involved as possible to help lead this change.

We believe that everyone has something to learn, and everyone has something to teach. The Launchpad is Echo's internal training initiative. It's an ongoing series of internal and pro bono projects that serve as a learning ground for team members that need more industry experience, are building confidence, or are trying to upskill for a new role or promotion. It pairs up mentors with trainees, enabling hands-on learning on live projects, in a safe and supported environment.
